Sha’Niece Simmons

Associate, Network Relations and Operations

Sha’Niece Simmons, a native Washingtonian (DC), brings over a decade of experience in education and nonprofit sectors, collaborating with students, administrators, families, and the community within the DC metropolitan area’s school systems. Previously serving as Chief of Staff for an environmental justice nonprofit, she supported organizational transformation, staff leadership and development before joining The Philanthropic Collaborative for Education.

She is a North Carolina Central University graduate with a Master of Science degree in Human Science and Public Administration with a minor in Business Administration while recently completing a certification program in Project Management and in Diversity, Equity and Inclusion in the Workplace at the University of South Florida.
