Paulina Segovia Candia is a program manager and science communicator with extensive international experience across Chile, France, and the United States. Paulina’s interdisciplinary background drives her mission to bridge science, education, and inclusive innovation. As Científicamente Mujeres’s co-founder, she also amplifies women’s visibility in STEM through accessible science communication. As a G100 Advisory Council Member for education and inclusion, she advocates for systemic change in gender equity. Her work integrates intersectionality, evidence-based approaches, and collaborative problem-solving strategies. She holds a B.S. in Environmental Biology from the University of Chile and an M.S. in Environmental Engineering from École des Mines de Paris.
